Social Work Distance Education Conference!
Come meet our Social Work colleagues!
Many social work programs need to learn what your firm or school offers! We will have a designated display area at the Crowne Plaza for exhibitors, just off the Grand Hall. These tables will give you easy access to our participants!
The conference has five tracks:
- Developing your own online or blended program
- Teaching and learning social work online
- Field issues and distance placements
- Administrative strategies and issues
- Online practice issues
Who will be there?
We are planning on 300 administrators and faculty from social work education. Many programs are interested in starting up or expanding online baccalaureate and masters programs. Interest in your services and products will be high. At present, there are only about thirty-seven accredited online degree programs in social work in the United States. That is only 5% of the 733 baccalaureate and masters degree programs currently available.
Can exhibitors participate?
The Call for Proposals is open to all participants so please feel free to submit an educational proposal for consideration by our conference reviewers.
Specific times for visiting the exhibition area are planned.
Do you need to register?
Conference registration is not included with the fee. If desired, up to two of your firm’s representatives may register at the discounted rate of $250 per person. Registration includes access to all program events and accompanying meals.
Maximize your firm’s presence! We have numerous sponsorship opportunities available. Please visit the sponsorship section of our website, Be a Sponsor. One exhibit table and two complementary registrations will be made available for sponsorships of $3000 or more.

What is included?
- 6’x2 ½’ table, two chairs, wastebasket, exhibitor i.d. sign.
- 60 word description in the Exhibitor section and one listing in the conference program.
- Electricity and internet connectivity are not included.
- The exhibit hall is carpeted, 20’ high ceiling, with natural and artificial light.
- Roster of attendees. Available after the conference as a MS Office file.

“Take one” table. We’ll have a “take one” table if you only want to send promotional materials. $300 per promotional piece and, $350 after February 26th.
Place an ad in the conference program. Both provided as paper and electronically available. Fee cannot be added as sponsorship. Deadline: February 2.

- Half page add: $400
Access will be on Tuesday, April 12th through the 15th. The Crowne Plaza has a loading area conveniently just outside the display area. The tables measure thirty by sixty inches. Sorry, but booths are not available.
